Winter weather
The average temperature in Inverness over the winter is 3°C, generally spanning between 0°C and 6°C, although it can go beyond. We can experience all kinds of weather, from crisp, clear and sunny skies to wind and rain or ice and snow. Conditions are very changeable, so you should always be prepared. Whatever the weather, wearing layers is key to being ready for the winter. If you wrap up warm, you should have no problem getting out and about!
