Dining

At the Kingsmills Hotel, we have two beautiful indoor Inverness restaurants. And, our atmospheric outdoor Garden Restaurant. Each offer a luxurious, yet unpretentious, fine dining experience. We work with some of the top chefs in the Highlands to produce the most tempting, mouth-watering dishes. Our sensational menus are created using fresh, local and seasonal produce, and offer something for all occasions. From a laid-back lunch to an indulgent 3-course dinner.

Our Inverness Restaurants

We have two restaurants in Inverness, both with a unique atmosphere and personality of its own.

Overlooking the gardens, the bright and airy Conservatory Restaurant is the ideal location for a relaxed lunch with family or friends. In the evening, diners can indulge in a refined menu of traditional and contemporary flavours. Afterwards, step out onto the terrace with a cocktail to watch the sunset.

The cosy Inglis Restaurant has a warm and intimate feel, offering an evening dinner menu that brings together the best of Scottish and international cuisine. Ideal for a romantic dinner or a group celebration.

Our outdoor Garden Restaurant  takes our famous Kingsmills dining experiences outdoors. Here you can indulge in our lunch, afternoon tea and à la carte menus. This is outdoor dining in Inverness at its very best!

We also have a choice of beautiful private dining rooms, with private spaces and menus for all occasions.

A Family-Friendly Atmosphere

We welcome children at both of our Inverness restaurants and offer a special children’s menu to delight your little ones. Children can also enjoy half portions of the majority of our main courses, so even the most sophisticated mini-foodies will be happy eating here!

The Finest Wines and Whiskies

Each of our exquisite wines has been individually selected to provide excellent flavour combinations for all our dishes. Guests can also appreciate a dram or two of our range of superb Scotch Single Malts at the Whisky Bar.

We serve a range of Scottish ales, cocktails, after-dinner liqueurs and spirits. Plus, there’s a wide selection of non-alcoholic cocktails or artisan teas, coffees and fresh fruit juices.

Book a Table

With tempting aromas, impeccable presentation and flawless flavours, places to eat in Inverness have never been so good! So, book your table in any of our dining areas and enjoy a culinary experience like no other.
