There is nothing better than a relaxing swim in a warm pool after a busy day. The Kingsmills is an Inverness hotel with pool and leisure club. Our swimming pool overlooks our lovely hotel gardens for a luxurious aquatic experience.

Opening times

Our hotel pool is open from 7 am until 9 pm, 7 days a week.

Facilities

The indoor heated pool is 12 m long and 1.2 m deep. There is also a jacuzzi and steam room, and we have poolside chairs and loungers.

We’ve got private changing facilities for men and women, as well as hair dryers and a baby change area. Accessible changing areas are available and our team are on hand if you need help accessing the pool.

Services

Our Inverness swimming pool is open to all hotel residents, leisure club members and day pass holders.

Membership

Our leisure club membership includes unlimited use of our gym, pool and leisure facilities. If you’d like to try it out first, 6-week trial memberships are available.

Day passes

We have day passes available at our leisure club available for non-residents and non-members. Prices for our day passes are:

• Children (5-16): £9
• Adults: £15
• Under 5s: Free

We also offer swim lunch passes, which combine a swim with a delicious lunch in our restaurant.

Swimming lessons

We have swimming lessons available at the Kingsmills pool. These include children’s swimming lessons and one-to-one lessons for all ages.

Towel provision

We encourage all members and day pass users to take responsibility for their own environmental impact by bringing their own towels. Residents of the hotel are invited to bring towels from their room to use in the leisure club.

If you wish to use one of our leisure club towels, a charge applies as follows:

• Gym towels: £0.80
• Pool towels: £1.50

The water at the Kingsmills pool is always warm and welcoming. Kick-start your day with an invigorating swim, which strengthens a number of muscles with minimum impact to the joints.

The jacuzzi and steam room are perfect for relaxing your muscles after your swim. Come and enjoy a laid-back ambience, complete with poolside chairs and loungers.

Swimming with children

Babies love water! Getting in the pool with your little one is great for both you and your baby. We know that this can be daunting for the first time, but we’ll be with you at every breath, kick and stroke of the way. We have one of the warmest swimming pools in the city, perfect for your little one, and extensive changing facilities to make the occasion stress-free!

As a family-friendly hotel, children of all ages are welcome in the Kingsmills pool. This is a wonderful family activity. Not only is it good exercise, but it’s also great fun! So, make it part of your family routine and come and make a splash with us!
