Our beautiful Inglis Restaurant in Inverness sits within the historic 18th century building of The Kingsmills Hotel. It is a lovely place to enjoy an intimate dinner and create fond memories with loved ones. We are proud to feature the best of locally produced fayre from Inverness and the Scottish Highlands. Our head chef creates each dish with creative style and a true passion for food so that you can enjoy an unforgettable fine dining experience.


Join us to indulge in an old favourite, or treat yourself to something special as our menu harmoniously blends traditional Scottish dishes with outstanding contemporary creations. A mouth-watering selection of fine wines, whiskies and non-alcoholic beverages is available with our dishes.


Our Inglis Restaurant is open seven days a week for à la carte dinner from 5.00 pm with last sitting at 9.00 pm. Please note that we currently have a midnight curfew as per the Scottish Government guidelines.


Our à la carte menu is served in both our Conservatory and Inglis Restaurant. Just select the date and time you would like to join us, your party size and then click next. If we have availability, the option for Conservatory/Inglis Restaurant will appear and you will be able to complete the booking.
