Our Inverness meeting rooms

With seven luxurious meeting event spaces, our hotel venue is perfect for any event. From a small team meeting to a large international conference, each space boasts elegant interiors, natural daylight, and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll also have everything you need in one place, including dedicated breakout areas, integrated audio-visual equipment, and complimentary parking.

The Kingsmills Suite is our biggest space, holding 500 guests theatre style or 320 for dinner. This air-conditioned room can be split into four, offering great flexibility for different event types. Built with versatility at its core, the rooms connect around a central foyer and a breakout area, perfect for mingling. Altogether, the suite provides 410 square metres of event space. The design feels modern and refined, with sleek finishes and flowing lines throughout. It also makes the most of natural daylight, which moves across the room’s open layout. Doors lead straight into our landscaped gardens, ideal for relaxed afternoon coffee breaks. By evening, the large suite transforms into an elegant setting for dinner, music and dancing.

In addition, we have a further six rooms, of different sizes and styles. These include the Burns Room, Adams Room, MacLeod Room, Culcabock Room, Damfield Room and the Culcabock and Damfield combined.
