We also offer bespoke planning and delivery on the day, with a professional events team. They’re on hand to make your event a smooth one that leaves the right impression on your guests. With expertise spanning from technical to comfort and brand alignment, you know you’re in safe hands in our events and exhibition venue.

The largest of our event rooms and the perfect exhibition venue is the Kingsmills Suite, offering 410 square metres of event space. The suite can be divided into four smaller sections, too, providing adaptability for different exhibition layouts and networking spaces. For smaller trade fairs or product showcases, we have further event rooms of varying sizes and styles. These can also act as dedicated breakout areas for larger events. Plus, we have beautiful gardens and outdoor areas for extra space, making us among the top exhibition venues in the country.
Cutting-edge facilities for exhibitors
Our Inverness hotel is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology to support modern trade shows and exhibitions. Event organisers can benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring seamless connectivity for digital presentations and live streaming. Integrated audiovisual equipment, including projectors, screens, microphones and sound systems are also included, and support presentations and speeches.

Unlike many standalone exhibition centres, the Kingsmills Hotel offers four-star accommodation for exhibitors, attendees and event organisers. With 147 luxury rooms, guests can stay on-site, eliminating the need for travel between exhibition venues. Guests can also enjoy access to our restaurants, bar and leisure facilities, and we provide event catering services with customisable menus to suit your needs. Whether it’s a formal gala dinner, a casual buffet or a coffee station, we work with you to create the perfect menu.
