THE MENU CONCEPT

Our menu from Kingsmills Executive Chef Geoff Malmedy is in partnership with outstanding local partners from across the region. The result is a glorious showcase of our exceptional food and drink heritage incorporating contributions from small scale producers of artisanal bread, premium seafood, high-quality hyper-local meats and craft beverages.

Highlights include Seastocks Hebridean smoked salmon rillette atop a homemade The Spud Hut potato scone, Strathspey assiette of venison from Simpson Game, and a decadent chocolate and orange torte. Paired with freshly baked bread from XOKO, hyper-local meats and craft beverages from Dog Falls Brewery and Kompassion Kombucha, this menu showcases the very best of our region’s larder. And, our vegan menu includes a stunning selection of local ingredients including The Spud Hut Pink Fir Potato and soused shallot.

Core Supporting Suppliers

We are delighted to be working with a number of partners including WoodWinters Inverness – who are pairing wines to accompany the menu. And, Loch Ness Tea and Inverness Coffee Roasting, providing warming drinks to finish the evening.
