In-Room Safe — Please Read Before Use
You are responsible for selecting and retaining your access code. If you forget your code, please contact reception immediately; however, as opening the safe may require specialist assistance, we cannot guarantee it will be opened within any particular timeframe.
Do not store passports, travel documents, or any time-critical items unless you can allow sufficient time to seek assistance. The hotel accepts no liability for any consequential losses, including missed flights, connections, or associated costs arising from any delay in opening the safe, whether or not we have been made aware of your time constraints.
The hotel is not liable for loss of or damage to items stored in the safe, except where caused by our negligence.
We recommend that guests hold travel insurance covering the full value of stored items and any travel disruption. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be restricted by law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
