We are looking for highly motivated Room Attendant to join our team and who have a passion for high standards of Housekeeping.

As a Room Attendant you will play a key part in providing an exceptional welcome to our Guests every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the required standards.
• Hoover bedrooms and clean bathroom floors, removing all debris.
• Restock amenities ,water, biscuits, tea/coffee.
• Dust and polish all hard surfaces including high dusting.
• Complying fully with all regulations relating to Health Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures and COSHH.
• Report any room defects or any faulty equipment.

This is a permanent role where full training can be provided so experience not essential.

We are looking for someone who can work 21 hours per week.

The Role 

We are currently seeking a experienced Duty Manager to join our Team to ensure the operations of the hotel is run smoothly, guest satisfaction is delivered at the highest level. We are looking for someone who can work five days from seven which includes weekends working a mixture of shifts but predominately in the evenings. Early and late shifts predominately late shifts.

Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

• A Duty Manager works closely with Guests to greet, converse, and assist with enquiries.
• Responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards.
• Occupy the hotel reception and other public areas, particularly at busy times
• Engage Guests in conversation and provide general assistance Manage, record, and resolve promptly all Guest complaints.
• Meet and greet VIP Guests.
• You will be operating your shift and ensuring all areas are sufficiently covered with the appropriate staffing levels.
• Working predominately in our F&B Departments such as the Bar and Restaurant. Good knowledge of wines and spirits and restaurant experience is essential for this role.
• Stay current with all hotel products, services, policies and emergency procedures Handle, record and follow through with management issues or emergencies that arise.
• Comply and Conduct any Health and Safety procedures, if required, including fire walks, recording accidents and ensuring in the absence of the Hotel Manager that the security of the hotel, guests and employees are to the Max.
• When working on a late shift you will be the Host in our Lounge/ Bar Area and supporting functions when running.

To successfully fill this role :

• You should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow.
• Previous supervisory/management experience in Hospitality in a busy quality Hotel is essential with a strong food and beverage background.
• Calm, efficient and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills and exceptional communication skills.

The Role

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media & Design Professional to join our Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a flair for storytelling, a passion for social media, and an eye for great design. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and working closely with our operational teams to capture and share compelling stories from across our hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our presence across platforms predominantly Instagram & Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok, but also Pinterest & YouTube.
• Content Creation:Plan, create, and publish high-quality visual and written content, including images, videos, and graphics.
• Community Engagement: Interact with our audience, responding to comments and messages to build and nurture our online community.
• Event Coverage:Capture content from key events in our diary, including weddings, corporate functions, and charity engagements. This may require flexibility to work evenings or weekends when necessary.
• Social Promotion: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase engagement and reach.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing manager, operational teams, chefs, and destination partners to highlight unique stories and experiences.
• Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality images and video content, including behind-the-scenes moments in kitchens, golf courses, and events.
• Database Management: Manage the hotels photography & videography library, sharing great new content with partners.
• Marketing Collateral Design: Design posters, menus, and marketing materials for promotions and events.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance and provide insights to enhance content strategies.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Creative & Story-Driven: Passionate about storytelling through visual and written content.
• Social Media Savvy: Experienced in managing and growing social media accounts, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Design-Oriented: Skilled in graphic design and content creation, with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Flexible & Adaptable: Willing to adjust working hours on occasions to cover key events.
• Organised & Self-Motivated: Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A Team Player: Enjoys working collaboratively with different departments.
• Tech & Marketing Aware: Knowledgeable about trends in digital marketing and hospitality.
• Licensed to Drive: A valid driving licence is essential for travel between our two hotel locations in Inverness.
