Front of House
We are looking for a Full-time Receptionist to join our Kingsmills Family. We are privately owned which means you are known as a person and not just by a number. How our team are valued and treated is highly important to us. At Kingsmills we recognise a Happy Team equals Happy Guests. There are not split shifts and you are able to enjoy a happy work/life balance. We do try to ensure you get a long weekend off on a rota basis.
Who we are looking for
- You’re friendly, bubbly, enthusiastic, welcoming and enjoy meeting new people.
- You’re a team-player and enjoy working alongside colleagues in a thriving Industry which is fast paced. Organised and efficient whilst able to work in a pressurised environment at times.
- Ideally you have Reception experience in a quality Hotel or Customer Facing Role.
- You must be computer literate and have experience of a front office system would be desirable. Training can be provided.
- We are looking for someone who will go the extra mile for our Guests and exceed their expectations.
About the role
- Our Reception Team are the Hub of the Kingsmills Hotel and communicate with Guests and all departments internally.
- Your duties will be answering the telephone, welcoming guests and checking them in and out of the Hotel, taking payments, assisting with Guest queries and much more which will be explained to you during interview.
- You will be required to work 5 days from 7 which includes weekends. Shifts are 7am-3.30pm and 3pm-11.30pm (approximately) there are some middle shifts 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm depending on our levels of business.
