Front of House
Duty Manager
We are currently seeking an Experienced Duty Manager to join our Team to ensure the operations of the hotel is run smoothly, guest satisfaction is delivered at the highest level. We are looking for someone who can work five days from seven which includes weekends working a mixture of shifts but predominately in the evenings. Early and late shifts predominately late shifts.

Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
- A Duty Manager works closely with Guests to greet, converse, and assist with enquiries.
- Responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards.
- Occupy the hotel reception and other public areas, particularly at busy times
- Engage Guests in conversation and provide general assistance Manage, record, and resolve promptly all Guest complaints.
- Meet and greet VIP Guests.
- You will be operating your shift and ensuring all areas are sufficiently covered with the appropriate staffing levels.
- Working predominately in our F&B Departments such as the Bar and Restaurant. Good knowledge of wines and spirits and restaurant experience is essential for this role.
- Stay current with all hotel products, services, policies and emergency procedures Handle, record and follow through with management issues or emergencies that arise.
- Comply and Conduct any Health and Safety procedures, if required, including fire walks, recording accidents and ensuring in the absence of the Hotel Manager that the security of the hotel, guests and employees are to the Max.
- When working on a late shift you will be the Host in our Lounge/ Bar Area and supporting functions when running.
- This is a hands role and operational.
To successfully fill this role :
- You should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow.
- Previous supervisory/management experience in Hospitality in a busy quality Hotel is essential with a strong food and beverage background.
- Calm, efficient and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills and exceptional communication skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service

Rooms
Room Attendant (21 hours)
We are looking for highly motivated Room Attendant to join our team and who have a passion for high standards of Housekeeping.
As a Room Attendant you will play a key part in providing an exceptional welcome to our Guests every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the required standards.
- Hoover bedrooms and clean bathroom floors, removing all debris.
- Restock amenities ,water, biscuits, tea/coffee.
- Dust and polish all hard surfaces including high dusting.
- Complying fully with all regulations relating to Health Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures and COSHH.
- Report any room defects or any faulty equipment.
This is a permanent role where full training can be provided so experience not essential.
We are looking for someone who can work 21 hours per week.

Food & Beverage
Evening Restaurant (Part-time)

Spa & Leisure
Spa Therapist (Full/Part-time)
Join our Team of 3 as a Spa Therapist. Hours available can be full-time, part-time . We do try to be as flexible as possible.
Rate of Pay up to £13.50 per hour depending on experience and qualification.
We are looking for:
- Hold a SVQ 3, HNC or HND in Beauty Therapy qualification and ideally, you have already experienced a busy 4* spa environment
- Immaculate personal presentation through neat grooming, you also maintain a professionally presented working environment at all times
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you’re passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with Kingsmills Hotel
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you’re well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
- You want to be part of a team that works hard and supports each other
- Your attentive, personable and love creating a fantastic customer experience, you’ll be a great fit in our spa team
- We’re looking for someone who can provide all our Spa treatments which includes massage, facials, nails, waxing, Indian head massage
Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
- Performing all professional spa treatments and our full range of treatments offer, including massages, facials and body treatments
- Providing the highest level of customer service, interacting, building trust and recommending bespoke treatments to our guests at the start and throughout their time with you, providing a warm, professional and efficient guest experience
- Carrying out Spa duties and general cleaning tasks enhancing guest experience within each therapy room and spa facility
- Managing, organising and keeping our Spa therapy rooms maintained to the highest of standards adhering to all hygiene standards and health and safety regulations
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
- Our Spa uses Comfort Zone products which is the leading Italian company in the field of the development and production skincare products and treatments.
