Thank you for meeting us at the PGA Show 2026
Scottish Golf
It was our absolute pleasure to meet you at PGA Show 2026 in Orlando! I am delighted to take you on a virtual tour of our property…
Set in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, the historic Kingsmills Hotel dates back to 1785. It’s abundance of charm and warmth of hospitality has won The Kingsmills many awards – and we were delighted to be finalists for the Best Premium Hotel at last year’s Scottish Golf Tourism Awards!
We value the opportunity to take care of you and your clients…
Discover the backdrop of the stunning Scottish Highlands…
Introducing our exclusive Kingsclub and exquisite dining experiences…
Discover in-house facilities and breath-taking Highland experiences…
World-Class Golf
Located adjacent to the beautiful parklands course Inverness Golf Club, our Kingsclub Rooms boast far-reaching views across the 10th tee. With the Kingsmills as your base, you can experience breath-taking golf at Fortrose & Rosemarkie links golf course and top courses including Nairn Golf Club.
2026 will see the official opening of the brand new and highly anticipated Old Petty Course at Cabot Highlands which will join the celebrated Castle Stuart Championship Golf Links. We’re also very excited to introduce a new world-class clubhouse at Royal Dornoch which offers a blend of contemporary facilities and honours the rich history of this club – all with breathtaking views over both the championship course and the Struie Course.
Beyond the Course
Increasingly, golfers and travel planners are seeking memorable moments beyond the fairways, and beyond the course, the Highlands offer a wealth of experiences that turn a golf trip into a full-blown adventure. Just a stone’s throw away from the Kingsmills, Grand Drams is a whisky boutique boasting over 200 malts and a stunning tasting room – perfect for both aficionados and curious newcomers. For those who enjoy whisky with a side of storytelling, bespoke tastings with The Dram Caddy combines humour, history, and golf lore in a uniquely Highland style.
Explore the mysteries of Loch Ness at the Loch Ness Centre in Drumnadrochit, or immerse yourself in the rich heritage of Scottish whisky with distillery tours at Tomatin, sampling exceptional single malts straight from the source. History comes alive at the Culloden Battlefield Visitor Experience, where the stories of the 1745 uprising resonate across the landscape.
And for non-golfers seeking something different, tailored experiences – from scenic canoeing and loch cruises to guided foraging adventures – bring the Highlands vividly to life.
A year of culture…
All eyes are on Inverness in 2026 as the Inverness Castle Experience is added to the cities tapestry of off-the-course activities. This world-class visitor attraction is housed in the cities prominent castle and tells the stories, myths and legends of the Scottish Highlands through interactive VR, exceptional visuals and creative exhibitions. Plus the rooftop garden and viewing tower are not to be missed!
