Full-time Reservations
FULL-TIME RESERVATIONIST
Rate of Pay – above minimum wage
We are currently seeking a Full-time Reservationist to join our current Team. You will be working within a busy office being manned between the hours of 09.00am-18.00pm Monday to Saturday, (Saturday 09.00-17.00pm), usually one Saturday per month requiring you to work five days from six.
Key Responsibilities –
- Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide detailed information about accommodations, amenities, and services offered.
- Assist guests with special requests and ensure their needs are met throughout the booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information in the system.
- Handle changes or cancellations of reservations professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Stay informed about local attractions and events to provide recommendations to guests.
Skills Required
- Strong background in hospitality, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Excellent phone etiquette, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail in managing bookings and guest information.

We are looking for a strong candidate who has previous experience within a Front Desk/Reservations Role.
Rooms
Room Attendant
We are looking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team
21 hours per week – £12.71 per hour.
You will be working three days from seven which includes weekends .
We are looking for a highly motivated Room Attendant and who has a passion for high standards of Housekeeping. As a Room Attendant you will play a key part in providing an exceptional welcome to our Guests every day.
Your responsibilities will include –
- Servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the required standards set out by our Executive Head Housekeeper .
- Hoover bedrooms and clean bathroom floors, removing all debris restock amenities.
- Replenishing supplies such as toiletries, water, biscuits, tea/coffee.
- Dust and polish all hard surfaces including high dusting.
- Complying fully with all regulations relating to Health Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures and COSHH Report any room defects or any faulty equipment.
This is a permanent role where full training can be provided so experience not essential. With regards to working hours we can be flexible. We are looking for team players but you must be able to work on your own initiative too once fully trained.

Breakfast Supervisor
FULL-TIME HOURS – WORKING 5 DAYS FROM 7 WHICH WILL INCLUDES WEEKENDS
We are seeking a Breakfast Supervisor to join Kingsmills Hotel. As part of our hospitality family, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable. Joining our Restaurant Team at Kingsmills Hotel an exciting opportunity to be part of a luxury hotel company delivering Highland Hospitality at its best.

Restaurant Expediter
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Expediter to join our F & B team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining services. This position involves coordinating food preparation, managing kitchen flow, and ensuring that all dishes are served promptly and to the highest quality standards. The Expediter will work closely with chefs, servers, and other staff to maintain an efficient service environment. Shifts are 3pm – 11pm five evenings from seven per week.
Duties
- Oversee the food preparation process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage the flow of service, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and smoothly maintaining a calm and organised environment
- Ensure that all dishes meet quality standards, consistency and visual appeal before they are served to customers.
- Assist in training new restaurant associates on food safety practices and kitchen procedures.
- Supervising the back of house restaurant associates to ensure tasks and duties are carried out promptly and effectively. That the still room is well organised and kept clean at all times.
- May be involved in managing inventory, checking in deliveries and ensuring stations are stocked and clean before and during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- May need to assist with customer complaint related to food and ensure a positive dining experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in food presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary environments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Able to think quickly and find solutions to unexpected issues that may arise.
- Meticulous observation to ensure every dish is correct and meet the high standard expected.
- Strong communication skills – excellent verbal and written communication is essential to effectively co-ordinate with the team.

Part-time Spa Therapist
PART-TIME EXPERIENCED SPA THERAPIST – additional hours may be available
Rate of Pay up to £14.25 per hour depending on experience (must be able to perform all treatments)
We are keen to recruit an additional Part-time Spa therapist to join our current team of 3 which would increase us to a team of 4 and be able to provide more treatments.
The kind of person we’re looking for:
- You hold a SVQ 3, HNC or HND in Beauty Therapy qualification and ideally, you have already experienced a busy 4* spa environment
- Immaculate personal presentation through neat grooming, you also maintain a professionally presented working environment at all times
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you’re passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with Kingsmills Hotel
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner

- We’re looking for someone who can provide all our Spa treatments which includes massage, facials, nails, waxing, indian head massage.
Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
- Performing all professional spa treatments and our full range of treatments offer, including massages, facials and body treatments
- Providing the highest level of customer service, interacting, building trust and recommending bespoke treatments to our guests at the start and throughout their time with you, providing a warm, professional and efficient guest experience
- Carrying out Spa duties and general cleaning tasks enhancing guest experience within each therapy room and spa facility
- Managing, organising and keeping our Spa therapy rooms maintained to the highest of standards adhering to all hygiene standards and health and safety regulations
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
- Our spa uses Comfort Zone products which is the leading Italian company in the field of the development and production skincare products and treatments.



Kitchen
Head Chef
4 DAYS ON 3 DAYS OFF.
(short term accommodation until long term accommodation found)
Must be eligible work in the UK and be able to provide valid documentation.

Who we are looking for:-
- Experienced Head Chef with a solid background of working in hotel kitchens including banqueting which have been fast paced environment.
- You will be assisting our Executive Head Chef in helping lead the team in order to consistently deliver the highest standards of food service exceeding guests expectations. Lunch: Up to 100; Dinner: Up to 200; Breakfast: Up to 300;
- You will be one of two Head Chef’s .
- Functions: Up to 300 therefore this requires someone who is strong and able to cope with high volume whilst not comprimising our standards
- You must be able to work on your own but also in a team helping motivate others around you.
- Holds Intermediate Food Hygiene (desirable).
- ‘Can do attitude’
- Great leader for the kitchen brigade to follow, learn and develop.

The shifts are working four days from seven. Shifts are 10am-10pm or 11am-11pm, 48 hours per week. Additional hours worked will be paid on a pro rata basis.
