Our Approach to the Coronavirus

As at 16th March 2020

These are indeed strange and uncertain times for us all. We want to take a moment to reassure you all that we, as ever, are doing everything we can to care for and protect our wonderful guests and valued team.

Stringent cleaning is always part of our core process, and we have now intensified our efforts with the following:

  • We have increased the frequency of our cleaning schedule and tasks are being undertaken to the very highest possible standards. Extreme care on common touch points such as door handles and lift buttons etc.
  • We have anti-bacterial hand sanitisers throughout the hotel and signage encouraging associates and guests’ personal hygiene.
  • Dining tables in our restaurants have been distanced from each other within existing guidelines.

Naturally this will all be kept under review and continually update as we follow guidance from the U.K. Government.
