Garden Rooms
Traditional rooms with garden view, fully ensuite, and sky television tea/coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board located to the south of the hotel. Ground floor rooms in this area have garden access and patio area. Bathrooms all have bath and separate shower cubicle and complimentary toiletries

Classic Rooms
Modern room, fully ensuite, sky television tea/coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board. Bathrooms all have bath and separate shower cubicle and complimentary toiletries and all rooms have high speed internet connectivity.

Deluxe rooms
Fully ensuite, sky television tea/coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board. Bathrooms all have bath and separate shower cubicle and complimentary deluxe toiletries and all rooms have high speed internet connectivity. Deluxe rooms come with use of luxury robes, complimentary mineral water and daily newspaper.

Apartments
Apartments are located in the hotel grounds; the lounge overlooks the neighbouring Inverness Golf Club, ideal for families or golfers. The Apartments have a traditional décor and real flame gas fire. Guests are able to take advantage of all usual hotel services including room service. The accommodation comprises of 1 x double ensuite room and 1 x twin with own shower room. These apartments due have the flexibility to be set up as 4 twin beds or 2 double beds by prior arrangement.

Family Rooms
Spacious family accommodation has king size beds, addition children's bunk beds, we have an indoor swimming pool available for guests of the hotel on a complimentary basis and children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult when using this facility.

There is additional flexibility in the bedroom arrangements by having some interconnecting rooms, space for extra beds and also cots are available for those travelling with young children. These rooms should be requested at the time of booking, but cannot be guaranteed.

Smoking is permitted in a limited number of bedrooms; again this should be requested at the time of booking but cannot be guaranteed.
