THE EVENT BRIEF

The Kingsmills Hotel was tasked to help host a series of medical education meetings for diabetes specialists working across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The client required a total of four, one day meetings.

There was a target attendance of 50 to 60 delegates per meeting. In order to coincide with a tour of a manufacturing site, where only small groups were permitted.

CHOOSING THE VENUE

When it came to choosing the venue, the client took two venues into serious consideration. Finally selecting the Kingsmills Hotel, which the client agreed had the flexibility, facilities and service to the host the event. The client was delighted to find outstanding quality of service. DELIVERING THE EVENT

Delegates would be arriving from as far afield at Saudi Arabia. So it was essential that the location was friendly, warm and accessible for all needs. Complete with its large conference room space and helpful staff on site, the Kingsmills Hotel assisted in delivering quality educational meetings alongside engaging speakers resulting in a highly successful event.
