Join the Leisure Club as a private member

The Kingsmills Leisure Club is situated on Culcabock Road on the outskirts of the town centre away from the hustle and bustle of city life; however making use of the club couldn't be easier as the Leisure club has its own entrance and free carpark.

As a member of the leisure club you'll be able to use the brand new Cybex equipment in the gym.  You'll also enjoy being a member of a club where the team pride themselves on the relationships with the members - you'll know you're not just a number on a huge membership list.

In addition to the choice of gyms, the club has a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, spa bath and steam room which is all included in your membership fee - so if you're not in the mood for a vigorous work out then you could take a leisurely swim or relax in the steam room!

Opening Hours

The opening hours from 6 am till 10pm Monday to Friday allow you to come in for an early dip or workout before the day begins and from 7am to 10pm Saturday and Sunday, allows for everyone to find the time to come in and make use of the swimming pool or gym.

Full inductions on how to use all the equipment are available from the team and if it is something specific that you are looking for then there is the opportunity for all members to get a programme made up that will help you reach your goals.

• Aquacise classes run 3 times a week by one of our own instructors.  Aquacise is a fantastic way to get fit as well as stay fit.  The unique physical properties of water provides an ideal environment for exercise. Natural buoyancy of the water reduces weight- bearing stress, allowing a greater ease of movement with less strain on bones, joints and muscles, which is ideal for all ages and abilities.

Alongside our regular monthly and annual memberships we also offer a 6 week trial membership which will give you a taster for what the leisure club has to offer and will allow you to become acquainted with what the club is about.

The club also has a newly refurbished coffee bar lounge.  Serving a wide range of refreshments and light bites while you catch up on all the daily news or you can meet friends for a swim and catch up!
